Lenovo A6000 which was released last year made quite a splash in the segment becoming the cheapest 4G smartphone then. It has followed up with another upgrade named A7000. This smartphone is said to be a competitor to the likes of Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G, Micromax Yu Yureka and Microsoft Lumia 640 XL. Have a look at the specifications. Will it impress you?

PROCESSOR
Lenovo A7000 comes with a 1.5GHz octa-core Mediatek chip and 2GB RAM, making it a powerful smartphone for the price. The performance is splendid and you would be hard pressed to push this smartphone to its limits using the regular apps.

DISPLAY & DESIGN
Lenovo A7000 is a little plain, maintaining the look of its predecessor. It is made entirely of plastic. However, it is very light at 140grams and you would be able to use it for extended periods of time without noticing the weight.


CAMERA
Lenovo A7000 has an 8MP camera with LED flash. It comes with several shooting modes and image editing features but the images we captured at the booth were less than satisfactory. The front 5MP camera, however, is very good, at par with the ones we have seen on rival smartphones.

SOFTWARE
The new A7000 smartphone runs on Lenovo's Vibe UI.  The custom software is built on Android Lolllipop 5.0, so there are a few animations you will certainly notice. The performance is very smooth.

MEMORY
It comes with 8GB internal storage and a microSD card slot that supports cards up to 32GB.

BATTERY
There’s a 2900mAh replaceable battery which is good enough for this price. The dual-sim phone supports Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, and 4G LTE connectivity options.

PRICE
The official price of the Lenovo A7000 is Rs. 8,999/- The device will be available on Flipkart only. Registrations open from 22nd April 6 PM to 28th April Midnight. Register now to buy Lenovo A7000 on the 29th of April 2015 at 2 PM.

Lenovo A7000 has the potential to make waves in the Indian budget smartphone segment. It is a multimedia powerhouse with a fast 64 bit processor, HD IPS display and Dolby Atmos speakers. Hope you are doing well..... The whole country is in deep COVID crisis. In Maharashtra too, the cases are rising. If we don't prevent this sooner, we will be in deep shortage of medical supplies and this can give rise to a big health emergency.  The only way in which we can prevent this is by Mass Vaccination of everyone in Mumbai and Maharashtra. Vaccination prevents infection of COVID and hospitalization in all age categories to a great extent. Countries like Israel and UK are a great example. As centre has not allowed Maharashtra to allow door to door vaccination, I have another idea of undertaking mass vaccination in Mumbai (can be expanded to all of Maharashtra too).
